Have you ever wondered:
Is this safe for seborrheic dermatitis?
I have. Plenty of times. Then I squint at the ingredient list and do a dozen google searches, misspelling half the names as I go along. Half an hour later, I sometimes have my answer. Sometimes I don’t. But what a pain it is.
I’ve done this so many times now that I can do it in my sleep. However, I get that most people don’t have the time nor the inclination to do their due diligence.
That’s why I decided to do the work for you.
This is a list of products that are safe for seborrheic dermatitis.
A product is considered SAFE if it doesn’t contain any ingredients that are known to aggravate seborrheic dermatitis.
If a product contains a small amount of ingredients that may potentially cause a flare, it’s marked as MAYBE.
If a product is totally not safe for seb derm, it’s marked NO WAY.
Please note that it doesn’t take into account individual skin sensitivities, allergies or preference for natural products.
