Hi, 2023 is the year you take control of your life and get rid of seb derm once and for all. Enough with excuses about how it’s too hard to do or that you don’t have time. There is always time to take care of yourself. Food is a very important aspect of life. I was brought up to ‘live to eat’. My Malaysian parents love food (still do) and taste was above everything, including health. I still love food and unfortunately, will automatically use food as a crutch when I’m stressed or sad. This is something I’m working on bit by bit. I think the better motto to have is to ‘eat to live’. Yes, there is no direct evidence that certain foods cause seb derm.
